Roadside Assistance

Any tires purchased and installed at our locations come with free roadside assistance for two years from the date of purchase. This roadside assistance includes installing the customer-supplied spare tire on your vehicle if you have a flat tire, so that you can get to our facility safely for us to inspect you damaged tire and assist. Roadside assistance is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, anywhere in the United States, for 3 years from the date of purchase of your tires. In the event you need service, you must call the toll-free dispatch number below and a qualified service provider will be dispatched to your location to replace your flat tire with your inflated spare. If you do not call or service costs exceeds the benifit limit, you will be solely responsible for any or additional charges incurred.

Consumers are covered for the following services:

• Towing: up to $100 to the nearest repair facility

Non Towing benefits below covered up to $60.00

• Flat Tire: Change with working spare
• Jump Start: when your car won't start
• Fuel Delivery: when you run out of fuel. Cost of fuel excluded.

Warranty

Nationwide warranty on parts 12 months or 12,000 miles nationwide limited repair warranty on select parts and repairs completed in one of our facilities, includes Air conditioning, heating, brake system, engine cooling system, fuel system ignition system, steering/suspension system, wheel bearings, cv joints, u joints, half-shafts, drive shafts, clutches, differential repair or service (excluding transaxles) other minor repairs.
